Meet the Shop

Donna Watson started Southern Touch after her grandmother passed and the flowers at the funeral were… lifeless. She wanted to create a place where arrangements felt personal, where seasonality meant something, and where a wedding didn’t just look beautiful—it felt like home. That’s been our mission for 15 years.

Our Signature Style

Here’s what you’ll notice about arrangements from Southern Touch: we lean into texture. A lot of florists stick to obvious color combinations. We layer in unexpected things—dusty miller, coffee-colored hypericum, copper-toned dried materials that make colors pop in ways people can’t quite explain. Favorites are blush and sage, emerald and cream, or bold jewel tones that feel Southern Gothic in the best way.

What Makes Seasonal Matter Here

Spring means peonies that actually smell like flowers. Summer brings dahlias that were picked this morning. Fall is ablaze with mums, celosia, and unexpected color combinations that feel rich. Winter gets poinsettias, hellebores, and lots of greenery. We’ve never shipped a “”seasonal”” bouquet in January made from flowers that flew in from Ecuador in December. That’s not seasonal—that’s pretend.

Same-Day Delivery (Yes, Really)

Order by noon on any weekday, and your arrangement will be delivered by 5 p.m. the same day. We cover Memphis, Germantown, Collierville, Bartlett, and surrounding areas within a 20-mile radius. For weddings and events, we’ll coordinate delivery directly with your venue at a time that works.
